2022-2023

Madison Chavez

Madison was a 2023 graduate from Eaton High School in Eaton, CO. She has always been dedicated to succeeding academically and challenging herself as an athlete. Madison was a member of her school’s basketball and volleyball teams, earning Second All-Conference in both. She even contributed to her volleyball team’s 3A State title her sophomore year. After losing her brother in 2019, Madison strived for greatness and chose to pursue a degree in biology to be able to help others. She aims to attend dental school in the future. Madison will be receiving a $2,500 scholarship to aid her in her first semester at the University of Arizona.

2021-2022

Wyollah Moses

Wyollah graduated from Weld Central High School in Keensburg, CO. Her love for horses has influenced her decision to attend Mesalands Community College and take part in their Cowboy Arts/ Western Silversmithing & Fabrication programs. Despite an injury during her journey, her love for horses never diminished. She continued on competing as a trick rider, being crowned the Southeast Weld County Fair Rodeo Queen, and earning various awards through FFA. Wyollah will be receiving a $2,500 scholarship to support her in her first year at Mesalands Community College.


Jennifer Silva Garcia

Jennifer graduated from Fort Lupton High School in Fort Lupton, CO. Her own experience with wearing glasses led her to want to pursue a degree in Optometry at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Jennifer demonstrated her desire to be a leader in her community by being involved in various clubs including National Honor Society, Lulac, Link Crew, and Spanish Club, to name a few. Her determination to give back to her community and her love for her family was evident during her interview. Jennifer will be receiving a $1,000 scholarship to assist her in her first year at Metropolitan State University in Denver.

2020-2021

Aurora Rangel

Aurora graduated from Fredrick High School in Fredrick, CO. Her family’s experiences with health issues impacted her decision to pursue a nursing degree in college. In addition to participating in several extracurricular organizations such as a Biomedical Science Academy, Camp Kesem, Key Club, and others, Aurora demonstrated her diligence to her education earning her an impressive cumulative GPA. Aurora will be receiving a $2,500 scholarship during her first year at Mount Saint Mary’s University.


Jonathan Garrido

Jonathan graduated from Greeley West High School in Greeley, Colorado. While in high school, Jonathan demonstrated his drive to become a positive role model within his AVID community, cross country team, track team, and FCCLA community. Jonathan will be receiving his post-secondary education as a first-generation college student at Colorado State University. After college, Jonathan aspires to give back to his community and family that have helped him along the way. Jonathan will be receiving a $1,000 scholarship to assist him in his first year at Colorado State University.

2019-2020

Rosalba Estrella Gonzalez

Rosalba graduated from Greeley West High School in Greeley, CO. Despite having struggled with health issues, Rosalba will continue furthering her education at the University of Northern Colorado where she will pursue a degree in Marketing. Rosalba enjoyed devoting her free time to her community and volunteering throughout high school. She was raised by her parents who migrated from Mexico in pursuit of the American Dream. Rosalba will be receiving a $2,500 scholarship to help support her first year at the University of Northern Colorado.
